Rebecca Olds t/a Timesmith Dress History (‘Timesmith’) agrees to design and supply the client named above with a bespoke outfit conforming to the attached Statement of Work for an event taking place on the following date:

The outfit will be ready for collection at least one week in advance of this date.

 The client will provide fabrics  (if applicable) to Timesmith by ……………………………..……….

The client will be asked to sign a document confirming receipt of the outfit.

 Extras

 Any extras in addition to this price will be discussed with the client before they are incurred. These may include, but are not restricted to:

·     Travel expenses (such as visits to the client for fittings, delivery of the completed outfit)

·     Alteration after this document is signed (e.g. alteration of size) @ £25 per hour.

I declare that the information I have given is complete and correct.

If the client cancels the contract, the client will pay Timesmith any losses or costs incurred by us a result of cancelling the contract. Timesmith acknowledge our legal duty to mitigate our losses in the event of a consumer cancellation. If Timesmith cancels the contract, we will pay the client any direct losses that the client incurs as a result of us cancelling the contract, excluding costs incurred through contracts with other parties such as travel, accommodation or other suppliers.
